Amélie Davignon is passionate about team coaching, talent development, and fostering an inclusive work culture. She currently resides in France.

Amélie Davignon, born in 1981, holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from SUP des RH (Paris) and a Master’s in Private Law from Panthéon-Assas University. She started her career in 2006 as an HR Assistant at Mutuelle Générale des Cheminots before joining Beijaflore as a Personnel Administration Manager in 2008. Later that year, she transitioned to Lagardère Sports as a Social Law Advisor, where she played a key role in structuring HR processes and managing labor relations.

In 2012, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager at Lagardère Sports and Entertainment, overseeing HR operations across multiple entities, including prestigious venues such as the Folies Bergère and the Casino de Paris. She led key initiatives such as the digitalization of HR processes, internal mobility development, and the harmonization of HR policies across entities.

In 2015, she took on the role of Deputy HR Director for the Digital Division at Lagardère Active, managing HR strategies for a complex ecosystem of 10 entities, including Doctissimo and Billetreduc. She played a pivotal role in acquisitions, restructuring, and labor negotiations while supporting managers in talent development and organizational change.

Since 2020, Amélie Davignon has been the HR Director of SPORTFIVE France and a member of the Executive Committee. She is responsible for developing a people-centric HR strategy, ensuring employee well-being, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Over the past two years, she has also taken on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy for SPORTFIVE France, integrating sustainability, diversity, and inclusion initiatives into the company’s HR and business practices.
