Protecting the privacy of individuals on the Internet is critical to the future of the Internet-based economy and the transition to a true Internet economy. With this privacy policy we want to show that we are committed to every individual's right to privacy. This privacy policy describes our handling of information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual ("personal data").
This privacy policy applies to the homepage "https://eventjobs.sportfive.de/login" and the app "SPORTFIVE Eventjobs" or any other homepage or app provided by SPORTFIVE Germany Activation GmbH ("SPORTFIVE", "We" or "Us"), via which you can apply for event jobs offered by SPORTFIVE. This privacy policy is available in different languages. In the event of inconsistencies between the different language versions, the German version shall prevail.
SPORTFIVE is an agency specialising in the provision of personnel (such as hostesses, hosts, promoters, service staff, logisticians and others) for sports and other major events.

Use of the homepage and app by you
If you are interested in an event job advertised by us, you must apply on our homepage by completing the application form.
We will then process the personal data you provide in order to invite you to an interview and to conduct it. If you are selected after the interview or are still interested in employment, we will request further personal data from you in order to draw up and finalise the employment contract.
Once the contract has been concluded, your profile will be activated in our Teamhero personnel management software and the associated "SPORTFIVE Eventjobs" app. You can then log in to your profile, enter all payroll-relevant data and information and apply for various job offers. You also have the option of managing your general availability and absences as well as your working hours.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. This includes the following categories of personal data that we process:
Contact details: Gender, first name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, place of birth, country of birth, nationality, (main) employment status
Payment data/payroll data (IBAN, BIC, tax ID, tax class, social security number)
Personal details (voluntary information): Clothing size, body size, hair colour, shoe size, hair colour, eye colour, tattoos, piercings or similar, language skills, accommodation
Personal details (sometimes required): ID number (for accreditations etc.)
